HOW DO I BEGIN A RETURN?
We currently do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email support at support@tomocaps.com and we will do our best to assist.
US ORDERS
For in-stock items:

We do not currently accept returns on in-stock items. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact our support and we will do our best to find a solution for your problem.

For preorder items:

We do not offer returns for preorder items. If there is a problem, please email us at support@tomocaps.com and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

For clearance section items:

Items purchased from our clearance section are not elligible for support. All sales are final.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For in-stock items:

For preorder items:

CANCELLATIONS

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
For in-stock items:

You can cancel in-stock products for a refund as long as the order has not been shipped out yet.

For preorder items:

You can cancel preorders for a full refund up to 7 days after your order. If more than 7 days has passed, there is a 3% cancellation fee.
HOW DO I INITIATE A CANCELLATION?
To initiate your cancellation, please email us at support@tomocaps.com with your order number and we will assist as soon as possible.
